Heart-to-Heart Healthcare Sdn Bhd is based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. In June 2013 we opened the doors to our home-care business by providing nursing care to our patients, which included the elderly and those who were suffering from Dementia.

Our operations were adjourned in 2016 as we wanted to focus on researching for innovative medical products and services, in order to provide an extensive range of home-care services to our patients i.e., individuals and their families. This ultimately became the aspiration of Heart-to-Heart Healthcare, whereby along with the latest product innovations, we wanted to use the skills and knowledge we gained to serve the medical needs of our patients.

Taking this into consideration, we continued our operations in the year 2021, this time around offering a wide range of products and services to our patients. These include wound care management, home nursing, digital healthcare, and health services offered at our clinic, or at the homes of our patients. A member of our Management Team was also appointed as an in-house doctor for several factories located in Seremban.

What started as Heart-to-Heart Healthcare’s dream to provide medical needs to our patients, has now expanded to a provider of healthcare solutions, offering various products and services, each personalised to meet the different needs and expectations of our patients.

At Heart-to-Heart Healthcare, we strongly believe in continuously providing superior health care solutions to our patients so that they can remain safe and protected, whether in the convenience and comfort of their own homes, at the workplace, or at our medical clinic.

Moving forward, our goal is to focus on medical devices and products that maximise technology and provide a range of innovative solutions for our clients, so that the care and attention they receive are that of quality, comfort and convenience. This will facilitate our patients to continue leading their lives in the best manner possible.
